When Harry met Ashley…

Harry and Ashley are two high-energy blondes who met over lunch in a bustling, Parisian brasserie. Harry came to Paris to write a book of low-calorie, classic French recipes called The Skinny French Kitchen. She had been wondering how to bring her magical recipes to a larger audience, and when Harry met Ashley, sparks flew.

Harry got to work on the recipes whilst Ashley came up with the name, the look, the packaging, and the strategy for getting this little business off the ground. Within 5 short months, Petit Pois went from concept to reality, from a dream to a rainbow box sitting on the shelves of Selfridges. The magic of Petit Pois cakes comes as much from the ingredients inside the cakes, as it does from the spark and energy that connects Ashley and Harry to their vision.
